Zaph is a visionary leader with a remarkable blend of skills encompassing business development, pre-sales, client relationship management, and an in-depth understanding of healthcare sector recruitment. In 2022, Zaph embarked on a groundbreaking journey by founding TruVerify, a secure blockchain-based platform designed to ensure compliance within the healthcare sector. This innovative venture laid the foundation for Kadusis, a revolutionary healthcare workforce management platform that simplifies the client-professional relationship from discovery to communication and payment administration. Kadusis seamlessly partners with TruVerify, further enhancing its value. Zaph's trailblazing career began in 2009 when he established Provide Medical, a multi-discipline agency specializing in experienced locum staff placement across UK healthcare organizations. His strategic acumen, contract management expertise, and commitment to excellence led Provide Medical to become an Approved Supplier to numerous prestigious healthcare entities, including Crown Commercial Solutions, London Procurement Programme, HealthTrust Europe, and more. The agency's dedication to compliance, quality, and industry accreditations set high standards within the healthcare staffing sector. In 2015, Zaph successfully merged Provide Medical with TXM Healthcare and subsequently divested his shares in 2016. His leadership style, characterized by modernity, flexibility, and collaboration, left an indelible mark on the healthcare recruitment industry. Under his guidance, the Provide team gained recognition for its innovative approach and established a strong presence on key NHS frameworks, earning a stellar reputation for excellence. Throughout his journey, Zaph prioritized compliance, quality, and industry accreditations, becoming a certified designated body for GMC revalidations, a member of the Recruitment Employment Confederation, and a holder of ISO 9001 certification for quality management systems. Zaph's relentless commitment to innovation and excellence continues to shape the future of healthcare workforce management and compliance within the industry.
James De Sotle
James De Sotle is a dedicated family man, happily married and a proud father of two sons. With a robust background as an experienced executive, James has left an indelible mark on the infrastructure, construction, and technology sectors. James has consistently championed win-win outcomes and possesses a remarkable ability to foster constructive relationships with stakeholders. Notably, James founded the energy infrastructure PLC Group in 2014 and grew it into an international firm with offices in the U.S. and Saudi Arabia. Post covid, Jim saw an opportunity to divest his Oil and Gas holdings and move into renewable and sustainable energy. Jim co-founded the renewable energy firm SkyBlu Solar in 2023, both emblematic of his visionary leadership and commitment to sustainable progress. In addition to his professional achievements, James is equally dedicated to his role as a devoted husband and father. Balancing his demanding career with a fulfilling family life, he exemplifies the harmonious interplay between personal and professional aspirations. With a legacy of transformative accomplishments and a steadfast focus on innovation, James De Sotle continues to shape industries, inspire peers, and lead by example in his pursuit of a brighter and more sustainable future.
Jeff Waitze
Jeff Waitze is an accomplished entrepreneur renowned for founding Sunterra Produce Traders LLC, a prominent player in sustainable agriculture and food trading. With a background in business management, he established the company to bridge the gap between farmers and consumers while prioritizing ethical and eco-friendly practices. Jeff is involved in various startups that showcase his entrepreneurial spirit which is a testament to his versatility and innovation in the business world. His ability to identify opportunities, take calculated risks, and develop successful ventures would be indicative of his entrepreneurial mindset. Beyond business, Jeff is a devoted husband to Liz and father of two, Brady and Melanie. Jeff channels his success into philanthropic endeavors centered on special needs children.
Rafael Cosentino
Rafael boasts 23 years of experience in Adtech, digital health, and online recruitment. Notably, he contributed to the success of Healthology, which became the largest health content syndicator on the web before being acquired by iVillage NBC Universal. Rafael later played a pivotal role in Advanstar's digital transformation, launching Mediwire and facilitating its acquisition by VSS for 1.1 billion. In 2007, Rafael co-founded Adblade, known for pioneering stacked native ads and scaling a vast publisher network. He also played a part in building DealOn, a Groupon clone, ultimately acquired by ReachLocal. Adblade distributed nearly 40 million dollars to stakeholders. His journey continued with RealMatch, later named PandoLogic, where he pioneered programmatic job exchanges. The company was acquired by Veritone for 150M in 2021. Rafael co-founded Tap Native in 2018, now the largest Health-focused ad platform on the web, boasting direct relationships with 2800 health and medical websites. His deep expertise spans online recruitment, programmatic job markets, product development, digital operations, and marketing to healthcare professionals—all of which have contributed to Kadusis' success.
Rajiv Nigam
Rajiv is currently full-time CTO of an Ad tech licensing company he founded in 2014 and he also helps several companies in consulting CTO capacity. Rajiv’s strong product development background and industry knowledge has enabled several Ad tech companies go to marketing quickly and turn into multi-million dollar businesses. Notable examples would be Localyokelmedia and Tapnative. Prior to 2014, Rajiv has worked in large companies like Comcast, Verizon, Prudential and British Telecom. Rajiv is an avid technologist who is willing to adapt to rapid changes in digital marketing space. Besides helping build the Kadusis platform from the ground up, he is currently involved in developing innovative solutions in digital marketing space using blockchain technologies.
